VBAT and dBOD join forces

Two of the Netherlands most well known and long established Design and Branding agencies have agreed to work together under one holding company. The holding company will be named VBAT Group. The two brands, VBAT and dBOD, will continue to operate as separate entities. However VBAT will become the core operating company, while dBOD will continue servicing a number of specific clients.

Remco van der Sluis, takes the role of CEO of VBAT Group and of the expanded VBAT. Eugene Bay maintains his role as Chairman of the Group and as a Brand Director for clients. Download the Press Release for more information.
